We are always interested in your questions and thoughts on the website. If you can't find the answer in FAQs we want to know, chances are you are not the only one wondering!! To create an account you first need to register with airportinisder.com. It's a very simple process and requires a few basic details about you, such as your name, your current e:mail address, etc. If you wish to register now, please click here, or alternatively select the Register option from the quick access menus placed at either the top or bottom of each page. back to top How do I login? To login you need the username and password you created when you first registered with airportinsider.com. If you wish to login now, please click here, or alternatively select the Login option from the quick access menus placed at either the top or bottom of each page. back to top I've forgotton my password, what do I do? The best way to fix this problem is to use the Forgot your password function on the login screen. This will send a new password to your registered email account. Use this password to login, and then use the update screen to change your password to something more memorable. You can either go directly to http://forum.airportinsider.com/phpBB2 or use one of the links within the main site. The key links are in For Insiders, but other links also exist on the home page and news search. If you wish to access the messageboard now, please click here. back to top I've tried my login on the messageboard but it does not work - why? The main site and the messageboard are managed seperately, you therefore need to register for each. Why have we done this? Well for a couple of reasons: - we found that many users who wished to use the messageboard didn't want to be registered for the main site, and - the username and details they needed to provide for the main site (to place their own ads, etc.) wasn't the same information they wanted to give on the messageboard. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but we made this decision to give people a greater opportunity to protect their own privacy. back to top Where is the Christmas photo gallery? The Christmas photo gallery will be launched on 16th December, but you will need the password for your own company's party to access it. You will find links to the Christmas Photo Gallery in the For Insiders section, and also on the home page. back to top How can I get my party onto the Christmas Photo Gallery? If you are having a party this Christmas and would like to have one of our cameras to capture all the fun, please email manchester@airportinsider.com with the party date and number of people attending. After the party we will collect the cameras and develop the photos, then with your party organiser we will select the photos most suitable for the website. back to top Will everyone be able to view the photos from my party? No, the photos from each party will be password protected. The password will be given to your party organiser who will have responsibility for distributing it. back to top I need a password to gain access to my party photos - how do I get it.
