This is anyone who has registered as a member of our site. The service is free and encompasses all those services received by our General Users plus other bits which require pre-registration on this site, i.e. posting on the Messageboard, placing an advert.

 Advertising Partners

This may be an individual or business or other organisation who contract with us to occupy advertising slots on the site.

 Intellectual Property

 All intellectual property rights in all the materials and content of the site remain at all times vested in us, unless otherwise specifically indicated as the intellectual property of a third party.

 Affiliations with Manchester Airport

 We are not in any way affiliated with Manchester Airport or the Manchester Airport Group of companies.

 We do not endorse any of the products or services advertised on the various sites owned and controlled by the Manchester Airport Group of companies.

 Manchester Airport and the Manchester Airport Group of companies do not endorse any products or services advertised on the site.

 Limitations on use of the site

 You may not use airportinsider.com for any of the following purposes:

-         To post or transmit any material which could be deemed to be defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise harmful.

-         To infringe the copyright, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of an individual or company.

-         To copy, reproduce, download or transmit the content of the site for any purpose other than your own personal non-commercial use.

-         To impare or threaten the operation or security of the site.

 Payment for advertising space

 Our acceptance of an order takes place when an advert first appears on the website.  This is point when the contract to purchase is made.

 Full payment for the advertising service is to be paid by the first day of the delivery of the service.

 Where an advert does not appear on the website for the period contracted for, a refund will be made on a pro-rata basis except where:

-         the site is unavailable due to technical difficulties or as a result of necessary maintenance.

-         the advert is removed because it fails to comply with one or more of the Limitations detailed above.

 For the avoidance of doubt any waiver of charges or payment of a refund is solely at our discretion.

 Indemnities

 You will indemnify us against any losses incurred as a result of any action you take which fails to comply with one or more of the limitations detailed above. 

Losses include but are not limited to: all expenses incurred in defending any action; any settlement agreed by us with the wronged party; and damages awarded against us by a court of law in any jurisdiction, including those outside of the United Kingdom.

 Our liability to you

 Any risk associated with use of the internet by you is solely your responsibility.

 We do not provide any warranties or guarantees concerning the availability or content of the site or that the site will be fault free.  If you find a problem please contact us and we will attempt to fix it as soon as we can.

 We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by an individual or business as a result of their use of the site or any link, association or other connection to the site.
